Event Sponsors have provided some of the information included in this Web Site and NEEDTORACE neither verifies, certifies nor is responsible for the accuracy or completeness thereof. The NEEDTORACE site (excluding linked sites) is controlled by Garden Gnome from its offices within the State of Rhode Island, United States of America. The NEEDTORACE site can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Rhode Island, by accessing the NEEDTORACE Site both you and NEEDTORACE agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof, will apply to all matters relating to use of the NEEDTORACE Site.
