RACE INFO: THE JOE MANN 1.5 MILE WALK:
Joe Mann was a dedicated community volunteer who
gave generously of his time and talent. The JCCRI and
the Miriam Hospital are fortunate to have been among
the many recipients of Joe’s immense generosity. Youth Races for children between ages 5 to 11 at 8:30 am.
Post-Race raffle and food.
Seated massage.
Ample parking and bathrooms.

DIRECTIONS: From Route 95: Take the Branch Avenue exit and proceed east on Branch Avenue (right turn from 95 North, left turn from 95 South). At the first traffic light, cross North Main Street and follow Cypress Street up the hill. Stay on Cypress until it ends; turn left on Morris Avenue, then right on Sessions Street. The JCC is two blocks down, at the corner of Sessions and Elmgrove.
From Route 195: Take the Gano Street exit and turn right on Gano. Follow Gano (which becomes Taber Avenue) through 3 traffic lights, to the stop sign at Lloyd Avenue. Turn right on Lloyd and left on Elmgrove; the JCC is eight blocks down on your right.
ADDITIONAL INFO: Corporate Teams may consist of 3 or more members. Teams are scored based on the aggregate time of the three fastest runners. Cost is the same as individual registration. Please fill out the race application with your name and your corporate team name. No Corporate Teams are allowed to register the day of the race. There will be a perpetual trophy presented to the winning team.
RACE WEEKEND REGISTRATION:
Registration is on Saturday, Sept. 6 from 1pm to 4 pm at Rhode Runner, 271 South Main Street, Providence.
Race day registration begins at 7:30 am at the Jewish Community Center.
