RACE LOCATION: Colt State Park 1 Asylum Road Bristol, RI 02809
RACE DESCRIPTION: 5K running race in picturesque Colt State Park in Bristol, Rhode Island.
Family fun walk is along the race route with a shortcut to the end.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
All proceeds will go to the RISPCA. All net proceeds will stay in Rhode Island to help keep animals safe and adoptable.
ADDITIONAL DONATION:
Please bring any pet donations (i.e. pet food, blankets, cat litter, etc., in unopened packages to the race). RISPCA van will be at the race to accept these donations.

Race entry fees are non-refundable.
Mail-in pre-registration must be postmarked by October 1, 2009.
Online pre-registration ends October 8, 2009.
Please note that entry fees will increase to $25 from October 8th up to and including registration on the day of the race.

DIRECTIONS: From Providence:
Take RT 95 to RT 195 East through Massachusetts; Take exit 2 Warren/Newport, RI onto route RI 136; follow Rt 136 (Metacom Avenue) through Warren RI to Bristol RI; take a right turn onto Gooding Avenue to end; take left onto Hope Street, Bristol RI, go .32 miles to entrance to the
park is on the right side at the red light (Asylum Road).
ADDITIONAL INFO: Registration opens at 9:00 am on race day. Registration fee is $25 day of race or $20 if you register by mail (must be postmarked by October 1, 2009) and if you register online by October 8, 2009, at www.needtorace.com.
