RACE LOCATION: Hampton Inn Old Bedford Road Westport, MA 02790
RACE DESCRIPTION: The course is fairly flat starting and ending in hotel parking lot, walk ventures into Fall River conservation area.

Who-anyone (including your child, your dog, your boss, your neighbor, and the milkman) may participate
What- design should be Halloween and dog oriented, on a white 8.5 x 11” paper, and in black and white.
(Please use clean lines, and if you send us a color copy we will display it in the front office)
When- please submit drafts by 9/1/07

Conditions- designer agrees to editing/ modification of design (if necessary) by race committee members.
PRIZES: Runners - 1st overall male, 1st overall female, and 1st in costume
Runners - Top male/female in age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70 plus
Best Costumes - dogs and humans
DIRECTIONS: From Boston
24 South merge onto I-195 via Exit number 41 (on the left toward New Bedford). Take the Sanford Rd. Exit (exit number 9 toward US-6/N, Westport). Turn Right onto Old Bedford Rd and follow signs to race parking area.
From Providence
Take I-195 E toward New Bedford. Take the Sanford Rd. Exit (exit 9 toward US-6/N, Westport). Turn Right onto Old Bedford Rd and follow signs to race parking area.
From New Bedford/Cape Cod
Take I-195 W toward Fall River. Take the RT-88 Exit-exit 10 toward Westport/Horseneck Beach. Merge onto US-6 W/State Rd toward N. Westport and follow signs to race parking area.

DOG OWNERS - IMPORTANT: All dogs must have a short leash (no flexi-leads), a poop bag, and be over 4 months of age. We reserve the right to ask any unruly dog to go home early.
Due to U.S.A.T.F. insurance regulations, no strollers are allowed on the race course.
